To enter your boat please email, Dianne Hively, at diannehively@yahoo.com.  You will be required to attend a short Captains Safety Meeting on Dec 5th to participate.  Captains will also be invited to the BPYC Holiday Party Dec 16th where awards for best decorations will be announced!  Don't have a boat?  Join us at Sunset Park to watch the festivities at 7:00 pm and BRING A TOY!  BPYC will be collecting Cash or Toy donations for the Children's Dream Fund for children across Central Florida.
