About The Event
The HOA Board of Directors is excited to announce an upgrade to the security system to access the Boat Lift and Tennis Courts. There will be a “key exchange” where you turn in your keys and receive a new security fob at this dinner meeting.
Bring your documents (tennis court rules and regulations agreement/boat lift regulations agreement) filled out and signed that you received from the HOA.
Other documents/items:
- Bring your old keys and ID.
- Boat owners, please make sure to bring a copy of your boat registration and current insurance policy or certificate.
- For homeowners who have not previously owned an access device, please bring your access device deposit.
